A Coaching Cycle

Coaching with Seeds and Weeds is an in-depth study of self which takes place over the course of several weeks.  The commitment to the duration of the engagement is a requirement for each client; a quick and dirty fix simply isn’t an option if you want sustained improvement for your life.  It is only through a full cycle of coaching that we can reap the rewards of our work.

Each Seeds and Weeds coaching engagement is a twelve-week cycle of sessions and can easily be segmented into the four “seasons” illustrated below.

The spring season is awakening.  During this time, you and your coach will decide what’s possible.  Together, you will determine what your goals are.  What do you want to change?  To have?  To release?  To grow?  What do you want to reap at your harvest?
The summer is a time of labor.  This action phase integrates the goals determined in your spring with who you are.   This season of self-discovery helps you examine your roots, learn about yourself, and put the pieces of the puzzle together.
The autumn is our harvest.  The harvest clarifies all that you have worked toward and culminates in your finding out who you truly are.  During harvest time, we celebrate the blooming of your life.
The winter is when we are still.  It is during this time that you will enjoy the fruits of your labors, resting, thinking, processing, and basking in your newly discovered bloom. Also during winter, as you renew and rejuvenate, you may discover other paths in other environments that you would like to explore.  And with that discovery comes a new cycle, a new spring.

Each twelve-week cycle includes weekly telephone sessions of one hour each, plus unlimited email access to your coach.  We would be delighted to discuss our process in detail with you; just call Seeds and Weeds at 615.375.6673 for an initial consultation free of charge.
